Schmio is very suggestively suggesting that I go to Bologna with her for the children’s book fair at the end of the month. I haven’t said yes, but I sure haven’t said no.

well, people. i appreciate the outpouring of support, really i do, (except you, there, with the SNIDE COMMENT. hngh!), but NO ONE is going to bologna. i would go for so many reasons: the gelato; the ragazzi; for you, india, even the football. HOWEVER, if i just stay in london, i can save up my vacation for when cc and the baby get to town, PLUS all are still achievable: the gelato (carluccio's dark chocolate) is in the freezer (thank you, suz!!); the boy is a joy (salut, mon amour!!); the footie is on every weekend at bar italia down the street. thusly, and hence.
