In an eight-line e-mail explaining why I was not hired for a job, the human resources manager has managed to accumulate three typos. This includes spelling “books” bpoks.
Well, clearly, at the very least, they need a proofreader. :P
On the other hand, a place where HR doesn't bother very much with the professionalism of their rejection letters is probably a place you don't wanna work, anyway.
i know, i know. but that actually was somewhere i wanted to work. well, i wanted to work at the indie (as indie as possible given the circumstances) imprint that was unfortunately owned by the megacorp that hired the hr person. what can you do.
