Like some kind of Sixties Italian housewife, all morning I have been domestically gorgeous, swanning around to Gino Paoli. The laundry’s done, the house is clean, the girl is off again. Oh, crap, I haven’t packed yet.
Petite fille, Les sous-vetements aussi c'est des Pitits Bateaux??!! lol
Hum...er... sorry.... this is a purely rhetorical question. No reply is expected. Euh... J'dois y aller. Quelque chose sur le feu que je dois debrancher parce qu'y risque d'y avoir une fuite alors y faut vite que j'aille decrocher et tout. Rhetorical (mumbling) science's sake (mumbling) marketing researching (mumbling) no pervert (more mumbling). Bref... c'est quoi la sequence de symbole pour l'emoticon qui rougit??
Girl ah, this is one place I know you will check your mails. A question: Do you have a CPF account? Cos if you put in $50 before year is out you will get $200 by govt.
Hiya, Saffron ~ Well, the sun sets at like five here these days, and sometimes it's cold through your jeans. Over there on the other side of the world, it's sunglasses and little dresses and tans all around, no? So, yeah, you've got yourself a deal. :-)
i went to starbucks today, and because it wasn't cold at all, i didn't get the gingerbread mocha, even though i would've liked to, in memory of walking across the bridge in -2° and raising welts on my face. instead i had a green tea frappacino. mmm... green...
also, wuliao now, but what i was going to post when you called earlier was that i was wondering if your trip to sydney would be honoured by a drawing of the frilly garments you would be bringing along. obviously, answer is "yes".
oh! oh! yesterday, i looked up into the sky and written across it was the word "JES". but then it continued and became "JESUS ALIVE" or something. i lost interest at that point.
um, and, i'm sorry for the 36 hour journey. at least instyle will keep you entertained for... 10? minutes of it. see you real soon, buddy!
(a) ok! yah! wake at 5! set! more time for tim tams!
(b) sowree about welts. did the green taste of glass?
(c) trips always have drawings of garments (also, i know that "garments" wants to be another word, hee hee); it is helpchful that way, otherwise i stand in front of the closet saying, what-what-what-what-what. i have a collection, you donch know meh? maybe one day chronicle books will publish an wuliao book of my collection of frilly-garment drawings. the cover copy will say something about injecting a touch of whimsy into what has become the hectic, stressful scene of modern travel; something about how a piece of clothing can trigger a memory of a trip taken; something about how ultimately the drawn lists show how little (or how much) one can live with. it will be a paperback, maybe even with rounded corners, the cover in pink and white with drawings in brown outlines, retail $16.95, 30 percent off at amazon.
(d) hngh! . . . but, yah, me too i wish the sky said jes.(e) yah! instyle! and i think all the december/january issues are thin, too. so, maybe 6 minutes. i letch you know lah! i come, i letch you know.
